Thai cuisine is known for its bold flavors, aromatic herbs, and colorful presentations. Here are some popular and delicious Thai food recipes you can try:

  1. Ingredients:

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  3. Push the garlic to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until they’re almost cooked, then mix them with the garlic.

  4. Add tofu and cooked shrimp or chicken (if using) to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.

  5. Add the soaked rice noodles, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions to the wok. Toss everything together.

  6. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, tamarind paste, sugar, and chili powder. Pour this sauce over the noodles and stir-fry until everything is well combined.

  7. Serve hot with crushed peanuts on top and lime wedges on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
