Fasting usually includes just simply drinking a bunch of water and in this case a bunch of bone broth throughout the day. Theoretically the human body can go up to 30 days without food, but every person has their own limitations of what their bodies can handle. I recommend a 3 to 4 Day bone broth fast to reap great benefits.
